Introduction
eRideList, trading as eRideList (ABN 14218299030), registered as ERIDELIST (“we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and manage your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) when you use our website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Platform”). Tracking and Analytics
We use third-party tools, such as Google Analytics and website platform analytics, to track Platform usage (e.g., traffic, behaviour). These tools may collect anonymous data like IP addresses or browsing patterns. Google reCAPTCHA collects interaction data to verify users. You can opt out via browser settings or tool-specific mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics opt-out), though this may affect Platform features. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Cross-Border Transfers
Our Platform is hosted by Hostinger in Singapore, as Hostinger does not operate data centers in Australia. Data may also be transferred to third-party providers (e.g., Google, Twilio) in other countries. While our services are exclusively for Australian consumers, sellers may list erides or e-Services that ship from overseas. We ensure that any cross-border data transfers comply with APP 8 by using recipients with APP-equivalent standards (e.g., contractual safeguards) or obtaining your consent, unless required by law.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party sites (e.g., Facebook, Google, service provider pages). We’re not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information.
